Chased Sterling Silver Earrings with Pearl
A sculptural pairing of texture and softness, these hand-chased silver earrings are finished with a single pearl; bringing together two contrasting materials in quiet balance.
The silver elements are formed using traditional chasing techniques, their surfaces built through repeated hammer strikes that echo the rhythm and form of carved wood. This tactile texture holds light unevenly, creating depth and movement across the surface.
Suspended beneath, the pearl introduces a natural counterpoint; smooth, luminous, and calm. Together, the materials create a dialogue between raw and refined, process and stillness.
Each pair is individually made, allowing subtle variations in texture and form to emerge through the act of making. The result is a piece that feels both grounded in tradition and quietly elevated.
Designed to be worn with presence, these earrings sit at the intersection of jewellery and object; a refined expression of material, process, and form.
